How successful you are in life simply depends on how well you can use your mind and body. These sessions offer simple, but powerful yoga postures to bring stability and balance. No prior experience with yoga is necessary. The practices offered include:
Simple Neck Practices that can be done at any time to increase alertness and memory and decrease lethargy.
Yoga Namaskar, a complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
Meditation for Success, a support to materialize on what you want to manifest in your life.
Ages: 12+ (those 12-17 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
Please bring a yoga mat, cushions and be on a light to empty stomach condition (at least 1.5 hrs time after a light meal)
