Supported Playgroup with Amy
Tuesdays 10-11:15 a.m. Dec 9 to Jan 13
This supported playgroup will help parents and caregivers of children ages 18 months and up, learn and practice techniques to help facilitate play, communication skills, and positive behavior management.
Through play, transitions, songs, art activities, and informal conversations, caregivers will learn about developmental stages, and gain tools to help understand their child’s behavior.
This playgroup will provide a structured and positive learning environment where children will socialize, learn, and PLAY.
We will follow a routine that includes group circle time, stories, singing songs, and other various group activities.
An art project and free play will also be incorporated in this hour and a quarter playgroup.
