Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the Somerville Department of Health and Human Services invite the Somerville community to join us for the annual Transgender Day of Remembrance/Resilience in honor of those members of the community who have lost their lives to violence.
A short speaking program, with live ASL interpretation, will include remarks from Mayor Ballantyne and Somerville LGBTQ+ Services Coordinator Izzy Starr, and Somerville LGBTQ+ community members. The event is open to the public, and all are welcome.
