On Wednesday, March 13, we'll host Punk Rock Aerobics, a 45-minute program for youths aged 6 to 12 that incorporates exercise routines set to a soundtrack of 'G-rated' classic punk rock tunes; a Zine/activity booklet that includes lessons on the history and ethos of punk rock music and subculture; and self-esteem games aimed at fostering body positivity and self-acceptance.
Space is limited and registration is required.
