This week, the East Branch welcomes Richard Wight, a Community Health Educator from the Cambridge Health Alliance, who will read age-appropriate books focusing on body autonomy early education to help children understand safe and unsafe touch, and to feel empowered to speak up to trusted adults. The SPL and the CHA hope to support caregivers in starting these important safety conversations early.
