Sweet Family Day Care

Family Childcare Providers

We have 9 years of experience in early childhood, 0-5 years old. Learning should be fun. We help children feel happy and excited about the day ahead. Your child will be regularly assessed to assure that she is meeting developmental milestones and is progressing in her education. Our curriculum is in Portuguese and English.

West Family Day Care

Family Childcare Providers

West Family Day Care is a mixed-age, play, project, and relationship based program. We serve ten children at a time, including some school age children after school and during school vacations, in addition to our primary mix of toddlers and preschoolers. Our space offers the best of school and home in a first floor apartment converted for use as a child care program, with full use of our back porch and shaded yard. We enjoy connections to community and nature on our daily walks to local parks and regular visits to the Alewife Brook. We offer a range of art, science, building, dramatic play, cooking, and natural materials and ample time for involved projects and deep play indoors and out. All our caregivers are experienced and trained and live locally, with a ratio of two caregivers to ten children. We provide homemade meals and snacks, served family style. For more information, call the number listed below or email: maria.k.west@gmail.com.
