Join us on the last Monday of each month for an opportunity to share your creative energy with other practitioners of Zentangle!
These sessions are for folks interested in meeting with others to enjoy the art and practice of the Zentangle(R) method, in a group setting. We encourage exploration of this user-friendly drawing and meditation technique, though there will be no official teachers at these meet-ups. You are welcome to chat and meet new neighbors, or work quietly in a group setting.
No prior art skills are required, just a willingness to play, draw and share enthusiasm.
Please bring your own supplies to create your tangles for this meet-up. Additional paper may be provided upon request.
About Zentangle:
The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by mindfully drawing structured patterns. These patterns are called tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves and orbs. These patterns are often drawn on small pieces of paper called "tiles." Zentangle art is non-representational and unplanned so you can focus on each stroke and not worry about the result. Learn more at https://zentangle.com/.
