In the midst of a mental health pandemic impacting individuals of all ages, there's an urgent call to equip people with tools for inner well-being. This is essential for fostering emotional and
mental balance, promoting overall wellness, and effectively tackling this pressing crisis. The Meditation for Mental Health module, provided by Isha Foundation, offers invaluable benefits
aimed at preventing mental health issues. Benefits of the programs:

Designed by Sadhguru, a self-realized yogi and foremost authority in the field of yoga.
This session will be conducted by a trained instructor, after which ongoing online support will be available.
