This session includes simple yet powerful tools to manifest health and vitality in one’s body and life. The practices offered include:

Yoga Namaskar: A complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
Nadi Shuddhi: A yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
Miracle of Mind Meditation: A 7-minute guided meditation empowering you to take charge of your mental wellbeing. Daily practice brings health, dynamism, peace and well being.
Benefits:

Stretches and activates the spine to relieve back pain
Reduces stress and anxiety
Enhances mental clarity, focus, and emotional balance

Please bring a yoga mat, and a cushion/pillow.
Open to all ages 12 and above. Those 12-17 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
