This professional development is designed for youth-serving individuals in the Somerville and Greater
Boston area — including mentorship programs, community nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations
whose staff and volunteers work directly with adolescents and young adults youth ages 14–18 and young adults
ages 18–25. If your organization is already doing the work of showing up for young people, this PD is built to
strengthen and sustain the adults who make that possible. We are currently partnering with select organizations in
the region to bring this training to their teams — and exploring opportunities to deepen collaboration through
shared programming, grant alignment, and community impact.
