Teen Pizza & Craft: we have pizza and do crafts. We also talk about books and participate in other library activities.
In April, we will have a journaling program with Donna from ArtSmart (she is fabulous!).
Join us for a cozy, creative one-day workshop where writers/artists craft a personalized art/writing journal from start to finish. This hands-on experience blends bookmaking, reflection, and guided writing prompts to help you create a journal that feels meaningful, inspiring, and uniquely yours.
Participants will design and assemble their own journal using beautiful papers to create covers and fabric to use for binding. The endpapers will be created by using paint medium. Throughout the workshop, gentle writing prompts will invite you to begin filling your pages—exploring intention, voice, and creativity. Whether you’re a seasoned creative or just beginning your creative journey, this workshop offers space to slow down, connect, and create a place for your thoughts and words.
This group is intended for tweens and teens in middle school and high school.
Registration encouraged but not required. Bring a friend!
