Join the West Branch Library for a series of films with a focus on how film can impact the world. This series will highlight diverse filmmakers and viewpoints with a discussion from local film scholar Daniel Moore. The second film in our series is Sorry We Missed You by Ken Loach. This 2019 UK film reflects the challenges of working as a freelance delivery driver and the pressures the job brings. Palme D'Or winner Ken Loach is famed for his ability to create true to life depictions of the working class and this film is no exception.
