Indian classical violinist Pranav Swaroop, collaborating with other South Asian artists from the Greater Boston area, will combine live music with conversation that aims to inspire and educate the community.
The music will spark curiosity about the region's history, arts, and culture and encourage thoughtful dialogue on the power of music in bridging cultural divides and fostering a more inclusive society.
About the Performer:
Pranav Swaroop Bettagere is one of the most sought-after Carnatic violinists in the younger generation today. Hailing from Bangalore, India and residing in Boston MA, Pranav has played over a thousand concerts to date across the globe - as an independent artist, as well as with his Carnatic progressive fusion band - 'Project Mishram'. With two decades of experience as a performing musician, Pranav has received several prestigious awards and recognition and has had the privilege to work with and accompany many stalwarts in the field.
