Join the SPL and Dos Manos Kitchen for a live cooking demonstration and sampling of Salvadoran pupusas! Originally from El Salvador, Edwin of Dos Manos Kitchen grew up learning the art of cooking all things maiz- from elote to pupusas, tortillas, tamales and atole. With Dos Manos Kitchen, Edwin combines the techniques and flavor from his youth in El Salvador with the skills he refined at some of Boston’s best restaurants.
Full recipe will be provided to attendees after the workshop.
In the event of rain, the workshop will take place on Saturday, May 27 from 10-12.
