Join us on Thursday Nov 3rd at 7pm as we welcome Joshua Peckins for the second part of the Music Speaks Series.
This program will feature pieces by Bach - Sonata No 1 in G Minor, Toshio Hosokawa - Extasas, Jessie Montgomery - Rhapsody No. 2 and Paganini - Caprice No 24
In addition to performing these wonderful pieces, violinist Joshua Peckins will introduce the composers and their music with spoken word, welcoming the audience into a rich experience of the music.
We are so happy to have Joshua return to the Somerville Public Library. Music Speaks is a two part series with performances at both the East and West Branches. This program will be repeated at the West Branch on Monday December 12th at 7pm.
The second program for Music Speaks will be Thursday November 3rd at 7pm at the East Branch and on Monday December 10th at 7pm at the West Branch.
