De-stress with some mindful yoga during this hectic holiday season!
Join local yoga teacher, Jenn Falk, for 4 consecutive Tuesdays between the Thanksgiving holiday and the new year. Jenn will offer a lunch hour practice geared toward allowing yourself to unwind and rest in the busy moments of the season.
Each class will include various accessible yoga shapes, attention to breath, and meditative rest to explore the current moment within and around us.
Come with your own yoga mat and anything you might need for your comfort.
This event will be available to attend either in-person (in-person attendance capped at 12 people!) or via Zoom.
