Love Positive Women Valentine Decorating Gathering

I am seeking to organize a group to participate in LOVE POSITIVE WOMEN, an international series of events that uses Valentine’s Day as a backdrop, creating a platform for individuals and communities to engage in public and private acts of love and caring for women living with HIV. Working from a place of strength, LPW focuses on the idea of interconnectedness, relationship building, loving oneself, and loving one’s community. LOVE POSITIVE WOMEN is an ongoing project established by Visual AIDS artist member Jessica Whitbread in 2013. I will be inviting local artists (approx. 10) to join me. I would like to make this open to the public. I will bring blank hearts and art supplies for decorating and table clothes, etc. to protect the tables. Happy to meet with the staff in advance.
