Instructors from MOTA Fitness, Wellness, & Spaces in Union Square are offering this series of free classes as an introduction to yoga for tweens and teens. Students will learn and practice linking breath and movement to bring themselves into the present moment.
This is a drop-in class, and registration is not required, but participants must bring a signed copy of the liability waiver (the link to the waiver form is below) to attend. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.
