Goodnight, Hairiette tells the story of what happens during 7-year-old Hairiette's sleepless night as she wanders in her grandmother's room (Nana Grace) for a goodnight story. What unfolds is a timeless tale full of surprises about courage, community and the power of being yourself. Goodnight, Hairiette is a book, 24 minute puppet musical and has a reading curriculum for parent/caregivers to extend the learning at home. Goodnight, Hairiette is written by local educator Tanya Wright.
