Join us in the Library's Demonstration Garden as we grow and nurture some Food For Thought!
The SPL and Green City Growers are partnering once again to offer organic gardening workshops for all ages at the Central Library Demonstration Garden. A Green City Growers farmer will lead hands-on workshops designed to teach you when and what to plant, and how to maintain, fertilize, and harvest successful crops.
Wear comfortable clothes and come ready to get your hands dirty!
Gardening workshops will take place throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons on the following dates:
- April 25
- May 9
- May 30
- June 20
- July 11
- August 1
- August 22
- September 12
- October 3
- October 24
