Join Krissy, founder of Bala Bends for a special baby yoga series at the East Branch!
We will help our little ones into yoga poses and developmental exercises while we dance, sing, and play. Tummy time will be fun as we socialize with other babies and build strength for sitting, scooting, crawling, and walking.
Baby Yoga is for babies 6 weeks-crawling with their grown-up and works best for one-on-one pairs. Each session is 30 minutes long, with time to socialize and play afterwards.
Classes meet the first Friday of each month at 10:45am (in place of the Library's 10:30 Lapsit), February-May.
Space is limited and registration is required for each date: Feb 2, March 1, April 5 and May 3.
Please bring a baby blanket or yoga mat and 1 or 2 of baby's favorite small toys
