This is a free, public workshop for Somerville teens interested in learning stress-management & mindfulness techniques. Learning about healthy nutritional, physical, mental & emotional best practices. And learning some healthy tips and exercises for practicing self-care. Teens will also gain insight into the different areas of wellness and have a better understanding of the importance of practicing self-care in all those areas.
