A class designed to kick-start your Sunday, regardless of experience and fitness levels (age 14+). Beginners looking for an introduction to parkour, experienced traceurs looking for a structured training session, and everyone in between are all welcome! Classes will include a combination of instruction in the basic movements and techniques of parkour, conditioning and strengthening exercises aimed at general fitness and the long-term practice of parkour, and a combination of exercises, routes and drills with the aim of providing a great (and fun) workout for any fitness level. All classes are taught by ADAPT certified coaches.
Now you can bring the whole family! This class is run nearby at the same time as our outdoor kids class. Everyone can enjoy a fun training session at the same time.
What to bring:
- Weather-appropriate clothing (This class will run regardless of the weather- rain, sleet, snow, sun- be prepared)
- Water bottle
- A small bag if necessary, although you should be able to jog with it (Note: Parkour Generations Boston takes no responsibility for the safe-keeping of items)
Classes will start promptly so plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
